Viva Las Vegas, baby

Greetings everyone!!

I am hoping to attend the 20th Viva Las Vegas April 13-16. Does anyone have a recommendation of a place to stay? All the hotels close to the event are booked months ago, so I am thinking of looking for an air B and B or a room to rent for my wife and me.

The best bang for your buck would probably be staying downtown or at the Westgate (where Elvis played his last show, and probably the closest place you'll find near the Orleans that weekend).
