Cool little story.
Just the fact that the Casino was only open 4 months is an interesting mystery. Especially since Vegas was just taking off then.
It would be neat to see if this place was actually completed or whether the casino was taken over by another or.........

I wonder if this happens to be the same Al Cooper that was a Jazz player and band leader in the thirties and forties.
He was out of New York but who knows. I think he had a band called the "Savoys" or something like that.
