Description:
Franklin Morgage turned their upper bar (hence the name) Into a tiki bar. Since Franklin is pretty stellar with the drinks, I can hopefully asssume Upstairs Bar knows their stuff. Anyone every been?

A few times. One of the bartenders used to work at Three Dots in Chicago. Great drinks, but the bowl drinks seem to be mostly ice. They also tend to close around midnight on weeknights.

I’ll be checking it out next month. Hopefully they’ll be cool with a person coming in wearing full aloha wear, because my muumuus are seriously gathering dust here in Philly.
