Sold. Thank you!!

These painted resin tiles were made as a matching set with some subtle changes made to each and addition of cowry shells, making them further unique. The design of the cult hook is based on a Papua New Guinea Sepik female ancestral cult hook carving. Then I blended in Sepik style arches for the surrounding. The color scheme is based on Sepik earth mineral paint colors. The paint on these is matte on the front.
These were cast with a resin that bubbles up due to humidity which left a great lava texture on back. The high points of the “lava” were then glossed.
The bottoms are stamped with Ocea Otica, 2019, and labeled 1/1 and 1/2.
This set is unique; I will not be making more that have the lava back.
Tiles measure approx 7 1/2 inches tall x 4 1/2 inches wide.
These intended to be roped together like the Chinese jade tiles, but can be hung or presented in many fashions in your homebar or bar.
Comes with some natural hemp rope to get you started (which can be aged down however you prefer to do at home). A portion of the sale of these will be donated to a PNG charity.
As a side note, my phone is an older model and I have tremors in my hands so apologies for shakey photos-these are more to see in person
Have questions about these; please feel free to shoot me a message

Hello everybody, been a rough health patch these last couple of years. Recovery from shoulder surgery is going well; i have a great PT support team!

I am ramping up as I can for Inuhele in March. This year the booth will have mugs but will also feature Birch Block Prints, Photo Tiles and Giclees of some of my past
photography work with Beachbum Berry and and other cocktail images. Hopefully some lamps as well.
So if you get a moment, please visit http://www.junkhaulerarts.com, see the most recent blog post (which shows Photo Tile and Birch Block Print samples) and if you are diggin it
the webstore has some Photo Tiles available for purchase. More Tiles are en route from the manufacturer, and the Birch Block Prints will debut at Inuhele.
Thanks for checking out my arts!

My apologies if you came to the site and encountered the problem of the store charging $28 per Photo Tile for shipping. This is now fixed on the website: the cost to send up to 3 Photo Tiles in one box is a flat rate of $10 shipping/handling when the appropriate shipping discount code is applied.
I suck at the computer thing, sorry for the inconvenience!

Well Inuhele was a blast! It was great to meet new folks in the community.
I was working around the clock leading up and the nights of.
As of today i have a new set up on the webstore for shipping. Once you go to checkout there are options for shipping based on what you are purchasing. I hope it is a set up people are happy with and easier than the discount codes.
Today i loaded up the site with the remaining Photo Tiles and the new Birch Block prints.
Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
Cheers,
Cass
