Making Molds of large objects???

Hey all,
I'm trying to figure out a way to make molds of the large tikis That I just aquired, The problem I keep running into is....How to make molds, get the details and not damage the peice that I'm making a mold of??????
any help is going to be greatly appreciated.

Hey there, yea there is a few pics actually, If you go into collecting Tiki, there is a topic labeled Da Big Find Link, check out the pics there, I'm holding the Poles that I would like to cast.....
