SPRING HAS SPRUNG and we're celebrating the 60th Anniversary of Hawaii's Statehood with another Parking Lot Sale and Art Show!

So please join us Sunday March 24th @NOON
Art Show Theme: Hawaii's Statehood

The bar opens and vending begins at NOON.
Tonga Tom will be spinning tunes outside.
Durango's Tacos will be there too!
The VOLCANICS make their Tonga Hut debut at 6pm!

Here's an in progress shot of one of my pieces for the art show.


It's ceramic tiles that I've sculpted and modified into a map of the Hawaiian Islands. This is the greenware with underglaze.
Should be finished in time for the show!
My other piece is the art show is the artwork for poster/postcard.

Aloha Everybody!

It was a close call, but my ceramic piece for the Art Show was fired in time!

It's six 6" x 6" tiles depicting the Hawaiian Islands. I was originally going to mount them onto a piece of wood, but I decided to keep them loose, in case anyone wanted to incorporate them into a tile wall or anything like that.
