Hideous Tiki Modern Book Accident

I had my copy of Tiki Modern perched precariously on the bookshelf (I may or may not have been drinking when I put it there), and then it fell....

NOOOOOOO!

Anybody ever have this kind of thing happen to them? I don't know how to repair books, but I'd like to think that my local library has the supplies and knowledge to do so, so I'm considering asking them for help.

Skip to the rescue! That is a painful experience... At least you have a copy. Some are not so fortunate. Repair it, then pour yourself a nice sipping rum and admire your handy work while you patiently wait for it to dry.

I had no idea it was so easy to do.
At least it looks easy.

Don't feel too bad, I left my copy next to an aquarium overnight and woke up to discover the tank had a leek with the pages of the book half stuck together and to make it worse this was a signed copy. I wish there was a YouTube video to fix this.
