Ha! I thought this was a joke post at first.

The Lime-Orgeat Aioli sounds interesting.

And I have for many years made mango and green onion relish they go great together.

Chicken with mango green onions and a bit of chicken stock cooked with rice is very good.

This burger would be a good gimmick for a tiki bar.
You could serve the same thing only with chicken instead of ground beef, heck even a vegi burger substitute.

Huh, I might just have to try this recipe.
