Sure enough, Oh guardian of the 8ft god that watches from up yonder (bowing to the NE...thats Northeast). The numbers on the back are: HAB 322-1, the UPC code is 0 70000 11773 2. And there is additional bar code that reads 03221.

Hey 8ft Tiki, what's the cool pattern behind that card?

It's just an atomic patterned barkcloth covered cushion from our sofa. Makes a nice background for photos. We use that sometimes because we don't have a scanner.
