bug when trying to upload a profile picture (fixed)

I hope I'm not doing something wrong. When I try to upload a profile pic or change anything on my profile, I got the following message (and I'm not changing anything on the email prefs, which is none except for personnal message) :

SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1452 Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (tikicentral2022.emailprefs, CONSTRAINT emailprefs_ibfk_1 FOREIGN KEY (forum_id) REFERENCES forums (forum_id) ON DELETE CASCADE)

We don't get a SQL error, the form is just frozen on SUBMITTING...

Can you check if you have any ad blockers installed?

Hi, I am still getting the message invalid password after submitting and successfully passing the captcha. No blockers are enabled.

It would be great to list the specifications for recommended image size and type there where you are about to upload your image.
