A Tiki I.D. shot in the dark ....

I bought these two masks and a Koa eukelele while on my honeymoon in a little store near the Duke Kahanamoku memorial (Waikiki). The shop was busting at the seems with Koa carvings!tiki mask 1 tiki mask 1tiki mask 2tiki mask 3

I new NOTHING of Tiki when I bought them. I just knew I liked ethnic masks.

Since being bitten by the Tiki tick 7 months ago, I've looked all over the net for masks which might resemble them ... but found nothing. Typically, you can spot an artists work if they put enough time into it.

Anyone know who the artist might be or any other historical possibilities?

Anyone?

I don't know who made your masks, but I have a similar one I bought off Etsy around 2012. Unfortunately, that's all the history I have. But it looks older to me. The back is shiny like yours, but the front shows age or was sanded or distressed.
