here is an aerial photo from the 1940s of Christian's Hut in Balboa, CA. I found it in a Jim Fournier book, > Tales of Balboa. I got it from him, retouched it larger, and got his permission to share it.

Hut is on left side of photo, on the harbor, with pier and big parking lot.
