Brandy drinks?

I've got a bottle of brandy and I'm out of rum! Any ideas for good brandy-centric drinks? I just made a brandy flip which is fabulous, highly recommend it.

Cruise, The Sidecar is a world classic, and is deserving of that status. A French daiquiri, essentially:

1.5 oz brandy .5 oz orange liqueur ( I use whatever I have for tiki drinks—but Combier triple sec keeps it tre Frances. .5 oz lemon juice

Shake with standard cubes, double strain into chilled coupe, sugar rim if you’re feeling randy.
