Canadian Tiki Restaurants and Bars

Looking for information on Tiki Themed Restaurants and Bars throughout Canada. The Shameful Tiki Room in Toronto / Vancouver, as well as the Snowbird in Montreal are the only two really established ones I can easily find so far in my search. Let me know if anyone has been to any others :)
