do UK eBay auctions show up, when i do a search on the normal eBay site?

UK auctions should show up when you look for anything that is 'Available to the USA'. (I assume as that's the way it works over here - 'Available to the UK'). Of course, some people will only sell within that country, meaning that I was to do a search for Tiki over here, it may come up with 900 items, while in the US 1200 might come up because people don't want the hassle of overseas mail.
