I've wanted to do one for a while... this one is from birch which is fun to carve and smells good. A little different non-traditional take on the eyes. I'm fairly happy with how it is progressing... About 16 inches high... [ Edited by: Lake Surfer on 2004-04-16 00:18 ] |

Cool stuff, Tanga is my new style I am getting comfortable with. What kind of wood is that? |

Chiki... Birch... shaves nice and holds real good detail... Most of the detail work I've done with palm tools... Its a weighty wood though, very dense. [ Edited by: Lake Surfer on 2004-04-16 10:22 ] |

Nice work, Lake. Does remind me of a South Park character but I watch too much tv. |
