Tikis in the Garden

Pages: 1 10 replies

It's been a while but me and Mr. cheeky half have finally created some new stuff.
Since my last post we've made 4 new mosaics. Mainlander, Mambo, Maiden Offering and Tiki Motel.
Rather than clog up the forum with a load of pictures you can see our new work here....

Also Mr. cheeky built these 3 guys from some scrap wood.

Again, there's some larger pictures here...

Hope you enjoy.

Cheekey, thats some pretty wild stuff. The Mosaics are Super and the Junk Men Rule, Lookin goooooddddd. Thanks for sharing the pix...Been awhile..

those mosiacs and tikis are GREAT!
What a cool idea...I've seen those sculptures made from old car bits and stuff, but never in the shape of a tiki...and from an old fence. They must look great in your backyard!
Does the guy on the left wave in the wind?

those yard tikis are so whimsical.. adorable! your mosaics are wonderful..

Polynesiac, you're right. The guy on the left has a couple of old springs for arms so he can wave happy tiki waves.
TG. As far as selling any of these things go, we aren't yet ready to let go of these originals.
We've had a lot of people asking about buying the mosaics and the thought had crossed our minds to make some nice prints and see if anyone's interested in buying those.
Anyone have any thoughts on the matter?
