Well, I had some commissioned work that had to be done...stay tooned for more new paintings...

New Expressionistic Nude Painting

Took an older sketch, changed it a bit and put in on canvas (PVC :wink: ) with expressionistic brush-strokes...as most of y'all know I love expressionism...

Great work, Thorsten. I like the "Coming Out of a Tiki Bar With a Beer at Night Is Right" painting. Great style and colors as always. Of course "Lady Flashing Her Taillights" is prime too!

Somehow, I figured that he MUST have either came from a tiki bar or was headed for one! :wink: Very nice!

Your stuff is lookin good. What is this PVC stuff that you are painting on? I have painted on everything under the sun but have never heard of a PVC panel.

PVC is Polyvinylchlorid, some sort of plastic with a smooth surface...once gessoed it's a great material for painting...it doesn't suck as much water/color like e.g. wood does, it's flexible and easy to handle...

I believe you can get it from sign supply places, but some places call it Sintra or styrene.
