I've found lyrics for "Gin & Coconut Water," but not for the song you want. I found "Coconut Water" by Nya Sampan Here, but I don't know if that's the song you want. I'm going to download it & listen later.

The one I'm looking for is an old calipso song. I hear it all the time on Vegas Vics Tiki Lounge and I find myself singing it all the time. I can't find the lyrics anywhere though. I suppose I should just go out and buy the album, but I don't know if I like calipso enough to buy an entire record of it. If you find it though, please let me know. thanks!

The info that follows was taken from a book called Folk Songs of the Caribbean. The title of the song is "Gin and Cocoanut Water" words and music by Wilmoth Houdini, described as the "grandfather of modern Calypso". Copyright 1946. I'm too lazy to write out all the lyrics, but if it's super important, let me know.
