Orchids Of Hawaii restraunt supply catalog pics??

Hey all I am wondering if anyone has old OOH restraunt suppy catalogs, I am hoping to see pics of two of my large carved tikis so I have some sort of proof as to what they are.

Does anyone have such a thing? It would be most informative to the rest of us if one were scanned and posted. I know the Coco Joe's catalog that was posted was very popular. Anyone care to be a historical documentation hero by following it up with vintage Witco or Orchids of Hawaii material?
