need drink recipes - Tiki Drinks and Food

My publisher is insiting that I add some drink recipes to an appendix of Tiki Road Trip. The tricky bit is that my ex grabbed all of the cookbooks when we split up, including all of my vintage Tracer Vics (and other) cookbooks and bar guides. I'm too broke to replace them just now. So... I call on you, sages and mixologists of Tiki Central, to bust out your vintage Trader Vics or other bar guides and Email me authentic vintage recipes for the following drinks: Suffering Bastard Zombie Missionary’s Downfall Blue Hawaiian Planter’s Punch Singapore Sling Fog Cutter Navy Grog I've got the others I need already (Mai Tai, etc).
