need drink recipes

Aloha everyone.

My publisher is insiting that I add some drink recipes to an appendix of Tiki Road Trip.
The tricky bit is that my ex grabbed all of the cookbooks when we split up, including all of my vintage Tracer Vics (and other) cookbooks and bar guides. I'm too broke to replace them just now.

So...

I call on you, sages and mixologists of Tiki Central, to bust out your vintage Trader Vics or other bar guides and Email me authentic vintage recipes for the following drinks:

Suffering Bastard
Zombie
Missionary’s Downfall
Blue Hawaiian
Planter’s Punch
Singapore Sling
Fog Cutter
Navy Grog

I've got the others I need already (Mai Tai, etc). Please cite your source (i.e. Trader Vics Cookbook 1948, etc.) with each recipe... Email to [email protected] or post here.

Thanks, or as the Rapa Nui say -
Iorana!

this web site has a few tiki drinks that are reeeeeeeeeaaaaaallllllll nice. http://boozeking.com/recipes.htm

I'm looking for recipes for non-alcoholic tiki drinks (for the office). Should I just make 'em eithout the rum, or can I substitute something else? (Serving up some Trader Vic's Mai Tai Mix with a swizzle stick just seems so horribly WRONG.)

thanks!
