Kon Tiki Mugs - Some History Please... - Collecting Tiki

The one from Montreal is Darker (looks like two different colors of glaze were used) and has "DAGA HAWAII" on the bottom. The one from Waikik is much less detailed and lighter. It is marked "STEPHEN CRANE ASSOCIATES" on the bottom. I was wondering if anyone has the story on this.
