I am going with a group of friends to a tiki restaurant outside of Manhattan (we have been to all of them in the city), and it seems we have narrowed it down to King Yum in Flushing, Queens or Chan's Dragon Inn in Ridgfield, NJ based on internet research and books, but of course all of the info. is 2 - 3years old. Does anyone have any VERY CURRENT reports on these restaurants such as tiki decor, tropical drinks, quality of food, and general fun factor? Many thanks, HKG [ Edited by: Humuhumu - Moved from Locating Tiki area, removed unnecessary header info - 2005-07-20 10:00 ] |

There's the Staten Island classic, Jade Island. It's at 2845 Richmond Ave., down by the Staten Island Mall. |
