Aloha! Darlynne and Marc here. We are planning an Open Air Double Decker Bus Tour to see San Diego's Finest Tiki Sights, the Saturday after Thanksgiving, November 26th, from 2pm - 5pm. The tour Cost $34.99 Call 619 917 6037 to make a reservation NOTE- We will need 15 people to do the tour. Please call by November 19th. Space on the top deck is also limited so call today to get in on these adventures in paradise! WooHooo! That sounds like so much fun. Unfortunately, it is right after Thanksgiving. A lot of people, including myself, will be out of town :( If you do another tour make sure you post it on Tiki Central :) |

Will there be special rates at Humphrey's Half Moon Inn? Can the itenerary be disclosed or can you indicate whether we can actually go inside? Are A-frame structures part of the tour? |

Aloha. Great news on getting a special room rate Rate is $110 Call Mon - Fri, 800-542-7400 Hotel is right across the street from Bali Hai where Bali Hai also has free parking if you are not staying at the hotel. The route is still being put together. It will include the hot spots on Shelter Island, the new tiki spots downtown IMPORTANT - The special rate at Humphreys will be available until the hotel reaches 80% occupancy and it will not be available 3 days prior to Nov 25 or 26 Sea/ya on Shelter Island. 2pm Sat Nov 26. Is this tour connected to Marc Menkin's Tiki Bike Tour? Edit: Duh! I just noticed your name in the first post. Folks, Marc Menkin & his lovely wahine Darlynne Reyes are very knowledgeable local SD Tikiphiles who have been running Tiki themed bike & walking tours around here for a number of years.
