Haha!

And this is my friend Alison! From a completely different circle of friends outside of my Tiki Central amigos. I knew she was an artist with a company in the San Fernando Valley, I just didn't know she was involved with Tiki at all.

My God! It's a small world. And tiki evidently permeates it all. I can see that Alison and I will definitely have some new things to talk about at the next Christmas party.

Sabu

(PS - And the photo? Typical pose for Alison. I'm just surprised there are only Two men present.)

T

I see 3 men, unless that is the ghost from 3 men and a baby in the background

Sabu -
I worked with Allison on my first job at WDI - she was one of the sculptors on the Sindbad dark ride for Tokyo DisneySea....
She is definately a character! She used to call me "crispy" - I have no idea why....

Boo!

T

Huh....?

D

Yea, the little boy ghost in the window, very scary! I forgot all about that! Gee there bar is amazing! True arteests!

Even smaller world... We have a swell Aloha! tiki bar sign from Pariarts that Paul and Richard thoughtfully gave as an 'offering' to the new tiki at our Atomic Tiki Party this summer...
More of their great signs are here:
http://www.pariarts.com/cat/signs/catalog2.html#anchor143342 We are sad to see them going, too - but they did say they were looking at getting an Eichler-like home in Sacramento! So they will be living in style
