Has anyone tried Rear Admiral Joseph's Original London Dry Gin from Trader Joe's? Is so, how is it? Would it be good for making tropical drinks? |

Yes, as a "cheap" gin it is pretty good. I would always use it before resorting to Gilbey's or Gordon's. I like to use it in my gin'n tonics and singapore slings and save the hendricks and bombay for martinis. |

Not a gin you can get in London, despite the name! Trader Woody |
