Hello I am currently designing a tiki bar for the home, and I think I want to make it Witco-esque... but I have only seen photos of the classic Witco bars. Does anyone know what kind of wood Witco used? Thanks Krakatowa |

Swamp Cedar from Canada, gone over with a torch after it was carved with chainsaws and power tools, then linseed oil is applied. To drown sorrow, where should one jump first and best? "Certainly not water. Water rusts you." -Frank Sinatra [ Edited by: Sneakytiki 2007-06-20 22:30 ] |

I have seen some projects done with Hemlock wood, which has a wide grain pattern similar to the cedar used in the Witco pieces. |
