Tiki Torch character on Dexter's Laboratory

I just saw a Dexter's Lab cartoon on Cartoon Network. There was a super hero named "Tiki Torch" who had a tiki head mask and a man's body. He offered the monster he was fighting a "Honolulu Hotfoot" and proceeded to use his flaming powers on its foot. Episode was titled "Last But Not Beast" if you have Tivo. :wink:
