Hula Blues, the book

Today I found a book about Johnny Noble, the Island music inovator and composer of 'Hula Blues', and about the history of modern Hawaiian music. This looks like it's a pretty scarce book; it was printed in 1948 by Johnny's wife. Does anyone know anything about the scarcity or value of this book?

I picked up a copy signed by, I think his daughter, it was about $20.
