Recipe: The Coco Palms Sleeping Giant cocktail

I was just looking at some Coco Palms (the Kauai resort) memorabilia in the collecting forum and saw a drink menu list the Sleeping Giant cocktail. Does anyone have the recipe or remember anything about it?

It also says "or Polynesian Paralysis". There is a Poly. Paralysis cocktail listed in the Grog Log book by Beachbum Berry. I am assuming that it was the Coco Palms' version of that cocktail.
