Thanks Jeff for the heads up...
I was planning on going to the Beach Burn
but since this is in my L.A. backyard I guess it takes precedence.
I'll be there!

well that was not my intention when posting this.
I figured some could go to the Beach Burn,
then go to the Blue Hawaiians after.
that's what I will be doing.

Blue Hawaiians this Saturday!!

I'll be there! Has anyone tried the Soju Mai Tais? I love Soju and Mai Tais, but together I'm skeptical.

i am bummed I will miss them but they will be at the Oasis and the Glasgow Tiki shakers will not. so alas, I will be at Don's instead- after I go to my friends Luau of course :)

Damn, that now seems it happened last year not last month.
We got there a little late (second set) to a packed house.
Security was being very diligent about keeping the asiles clear so we mostly listened from behind the stage.
Band and crowd was really into it.
One of the Hawaiians joking stated what was the need to play oasis with a crowd like this.
Towards the end they started to bust out spy tunes "Goldfinger" and "Secret Agent Man"
