I picked up this drink and appetizer table card from the Lafayette Motor Inn located in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

I also saw this menu on ebay recently.

From what I can tell, the motel is still operating but no sign of Tiki.

I always thought it funny to have a French Tiki theme. Kind of like the Kona Kai Chateau posted by Tiki Kate (also in New Jersey?).

The black Tikis on that table card are photos of actual Tiki mugs. Page twenty in Tiki Quest. Great find DC.
