Which Dobbs House is this? - General Tiki

The back of it doesn't give a location. It just says "located in the following cities, Birmingham, Charlotte, Dallas, Louisville, Memphis" followed by a description of the restaurant. I'm fairly certain it isn't Dallas (there's another postcard for Dallas). Anyone know which Dobbs House this is?
