I found some old photos on the web of the drink menu from the Bali Hai in Culver City.

Poor quality images but they confirm that the place had the full array of Tiki drinks and some mugs.

Well wouldn't ya know it. I post the menu photos from the Bali Hai and another menu goes up for sale on TC. I just picked this one up from HB Tiki, thanks!
