It reminds me of the mugs from Porcelanas Pavon of Spain, but I don't see this particular one in their catalog.

Looks like a homemade one-off.

I guess it comes from spain, but not from Porcelanas Pavon.
there are certainly some more manufacturers in Spain.

if it is homemade, has anyone done a good job in my view.

either way, it remains one of my favorite mugs :)
