Please join the Gumbo Limbo Chapter of the FOM at the Mai Kai on Sunday March 13, 2011 at 5:00pm for a great evening of cocktails and story. Mai Kai GM Kern Mattei will be on hand to offer a drink special like never before and tell us a little bit more about some of our favorite cocktails, or soon to be favorite cocktails. Plan to be there by 5:25 for the presentation.

We are putting together a raffle to benefit the Broward Humane Society. Bring an item for the puppies and kitties and get a raffle ticket. Old blankets and towels, dog or cat food, and toys are always needed and most appreciated.

Don't have any of those but still want to help out? We'll be selling tickets for $5 each with all the funds going directly to benefit the Broward Humane Society.

Just confirmed the raffle prize is Two Tickets to Rum Renaissance! Bring something for the animals for your chance to win. Or buy additional raffle tickets to increase your chance of winning.

And, General Manager Kern Mattei is setting us up a special tour through the drink menu.... three sample drinks and a bit of story and history for each one. This is the perfect excuse to cut a couple more notches into your proverbial headboard of 'Drink's I've Had from the Mai Kai.'

Not that any other evening at the Mai Kai isn't fun, this one is just going to be that much more fun because you'll be there!
