My first rum painting

Inspired by THOR's prints I picked up at Hukilau. (not as good as that dude of course :wink:) But, I've been wanting to try this, it's so much freaking fun.

I'm waiting to add some yellow following in from the edges, although I'm tempted to leave it as is.

"Your first" what? Surely not your first painting? Looks good Don, will he get a background?

Well, I guess technically it is my FIRST watercolor type painting, let alone using rum as the base. I usually draw line art, ink, etc.

I'm hoping to do another one tonight! That's the plan! Would be fun to at least get one a week done.
