Welcome to TC! The company that bought the Coco Joe name at the brankruptcy sale made these in, I believe the 90's... Plaster was used to fill in the voids on the backs and bottom of the figurines... Imprinted Aloha Hawaii...One piece is engraved on the back Peterson 93 Aloha, Freddie |

The larger pieces like ashtrays were probably cast as thin as possible to keep cost and weight down... on the figurines, the glue residue can be seen where the felt is missing above...
