Hold long ago was this Wray & Nephew rum produced?

My mom found this at an estate sale for $3. Does anybody know hold old this is?

Not much help but they stopprf using tax stamps in the mid 1980s so it is newer than that. Markings on the bottom of the bottle can sometimes help date booze.

There's also no Surgeon General's warning yet, so older than about 1990.
