Did your car come with a TSB?

Did your car come with a TSB?
A TSB or Technical Service Bulletin I'm guessing is the answer to the recall.
Don't know if this is just a Ford thing or not but our Ford Flex 2009 has like 3 of them.
We have had four break jobs done on this thing.
Plus the cold air will turn to hot air and vice versa for no reason.
They have fixed most of the break jobs for free, on the last one they kinda gave us a hassle.

The new shifty ways of the world today are scary, this TSB is a recall that you only get fixed
if you catch it, they don't call you about them.
In fact we took our car in about the air thing and they told us nothing was wrong with it,
even though they knew it was a problem with this car.
