Not much skill required to paddle but the ocean can be brisk up here. Not like that 75 degree bathwater you Hoity toits are floatin' around in, Damn ya. Chongolia's Halau will be performing some hula also. It will be fun and hopefully the sun will be out and there will be some surf as well. And if that aint enough I will be givin' out tiki decals.
