Univ. of Hawaii Library Menu Collections

I stumbled upon a couple of menu collections that were donated to part of the U of H system. One collection was donated by Harriet "Rusty" Thomas, a former food editor for the Honolulu Star-Bulletin. Most are not tiki or "Polynesian" restaurants, but some are. Here's the listing for the dinner menu of the Coconut Palace, at the Coco Palms Resort. Of course, these menu collections aren't nearly as extensive as the New York or Los Angeles Library's. I've only begun poking around in it, but thought I'd share, for others who might be interested.
