You forgot to mention the members arguing whether or not light bulbs are actually "Tiki"... Obviously they are, as seen in this photo of Gecko's bar: Notice the light bulb proudly displayed among the other Tiki items..... [ Edited by: Traderpup on 2003-07-27 13:49 ] |

You also forgot the one person who will always post the Websters definition of a light bulb in the middle of the argument. |

By the way, in the Grand Californian Hotel at Disneyland, there's a bar that is all arts/crafts style. In the chandlier in the ceiling are light bulbs that are Edisonian in design ... made of dark glass, and you can see they have a very thick filament that is wound once is a large loose loop, and they glow just enough that you can see the filament ... they don't put out any light really, they just look like early-age lightbulbs (light bulbs), for decoration. Anyone know where I can get lightbulbs like that? ~Hanford Anyone |

All right, since we're talking light bulbs I'll loose these sort of insider ones on the world... How many artists does it take to change a lightbulb? 2, 1 to change the bulb and 1 to say "I was doing that a couple years ago." How many musicians...? 2, 1 to change the bulb and 1 to say "I can do that." Not so great but hand crafted by me in the mid-80's. If you heard it after that it was stolen. Not that I really believe in 100% originality in the age of multi media. (I just looked up a joke site and saw variations on the musician one which proves it's true.) |

Fair enough Hanford! But since you said neat it makes neat cool. Now all the kids are saying it! Tikibars, I hope that was a joke? I do not get the jokes. I am slow perhaps. |

Tikibars, that is a releif! I was worried for a moment that the tides had turned and a Tikifish backlash was about to begin. Anyway, perhaps you are not pushing your pamphlets hard enough, I still haven't bought your book! Bad, bad tikifish... |
