*EDIT: Sorry, I did reread and see that it's at EP & LP on La Cienega, the confusion being that there is a "Frankie's" that's been around for years, about two miles away on Melrose, though they don't have a rooftop bar, as far as I know.

That's funny, I didn't even think of Frankie's the restaurant even though I live about 2 blocks away. Definitely at E.P. and L.P. on the roof!
