Anyone know the velvet artist R. Gottan from Manila? Hoping to find some details, but have found nothing on the internet anywhere.

"1961 black velvet painting from Manila Philippines.
The painting has a sticker on the back which says "From the studio of Rick Gonzalez"
But the signature looks like R. Gotta ? Is that an AKA or alias for Rick or is this another Artist? I don't know.
Rick Gonzalez is the eldest son of Felix Gonzalez and the entire family are all famous artist in the Philippines.
The painting itself (not frame) measures "16 x 20" inches."

So, it looks like that one is also from the same artist. It seems unlikely that the same painting would get reframed and sold again within 4 years, so I guess he/she must have painted the same picture multiple times.
