The name of the ABC applicant posted in front of Red's is “Test Pilot Cocktails LLC.” This. of course, was one of the early Don the Beachcomber drinks. According to the Santa Barbara Restaurant Guy, "Reliable sources indicate that Red's will indeed become a Tiki bar owned by The Good Lion."
