Can you identify the mystery location?

I'm trying to help someone identify where this photograph was taken. Here's what we know.

This is during the early 1950's.
It's most likely in Chicago.
It's not the Hala Kahiki.

Maybe some eagle eyed member of Tiki Central will recognize that tapa cloth from another photo...

It could be Honolulu Harry's Waikiki. Look at the table just past your smartly dressed lad's left arm - the table leg and table top thickness look like an exact match with the ones in the pics that Dusty posted a couple of years back:

DustyCajun has also posted some napkins on that same thread...and they look like they could be the same as the ones in the photo. Nice work HopeChest.

HopeChest nails it! And Slacks is right, those napkins look like a match too. Plus the spacing of the bamboo on the walls and the tapa patterns look the same.
