Is this a no-no? - Tiki Drinks and Food

In fact, I tasted the green beer in it was very tart, not sweet at all. My preference is to get the fruit flavor via the secondary fermentation. I use both at times. The bananna and clove component were muted with the additon of pineapple juice. Not my desired result, but then again, this is experimental and we learn from our results. Time will decide on the flavor profile. I've tasted some rank green beer that ended up as my favorite after a couple months. Mabey we shoud make a BJP style guideline for a tiki beer?
