Painted with acrylic and then it has a sprayed on urethane finish. You can't see it too well in the photo but the eyebrow hair was poked in before I baked it. Also there is string sewn in on the lips. Creepy hummmm. The hair is part of a cheap wig from a novelty store. I forgot where I got the beads, maybe Michael's. Anyway, it's held up just fine these past 10 years outside, and in freezing winters too! It was fun to make. The skulls are painted plastic models.
