The detail, carving, and finish on these are just incredible. Was it hard to stain the teeth a lighter color than the rest? Is it hard to keep it from bleeding over? What kind of stain do you use? What kind of wax?

Sorry for the 20 questions, but I'm starting on my first palm tiki. I'll have twenty or so hours in by the time I'm finished carving, and I'd be pretty bummed out if I screwed it up at the end. Besides, yours look so great - you must have all the answers!
